you are talking about a *pure* seam-gen project ? then this is one example of why we aren't using Ant in Jboss tools as the basis of building ;)

If it is a JBoss Tools project then we need to investigate, otherwise it is a issue with the external builder seam-gen sets up.

Let me know which it is ?
