After checking it out, I am mimicking exactly the official server view in preparation for when (if?) we join their view and can only extend it.

Part of the reason I contributed the patches to webtools was so that I could merely extend theirs and contribute my stuff to theirs. If we move to that, then I won't be able to remove entries contributed by them or push ourself ahead of them in the order. 

I'll suggest some changes to the official wtp version, but I'll need to download their most recent ibuilds to do so. The patches I'll suggest to them are to remove the "properties".  It seems their "remove" duplicates mine, so I can remove mine and suggest they add some icon or other.  And finally, I can try to put my full and incremental publish actions inside their menu by requesting some insertion point or id. 

I'll have to work on this later tonight or tomorrow to see what can be done.
