Jim, it is much easier if you just paste the text and stacktraces directly in the issue than requiring download of PDF's ...if images needed attach them. But if PDF is the way to get reports from you then continue doing that - it's just much easier if one can read the issue directly in the jira notification email instead of additional downloads.
