Implement cleaning results of Seam Builder on Project/Clean option

Project/Clean is the last chance to cure the project by Eclipse tools if something went wrong with it, without editing externally some service files. 
Of course, perfect tools should not drive projects into difficulties, but in reality it happens, and as the last resort 'Project/Clean' requires that all results of previous builds be removed and the project be prepared for the new build from scratch.
