Tried to catch you on irc, but you timed out...so here it is:

DennyXu: what is that TestUI thingy ?
btw. JBIDE-3549 - I don't think it is technically possible to do that. And console output is not something to rely on since users can adjust it.
and if you want to get the console output eclipse already has API for that AFAIK. i.e. for the console view you can have listeners.
