Here is screenshot of SettingsPage with enabled Main Seam Project field.
I thing it's better to keep EJB Project field (as weel as Test Project) on the page so far.
This property is using in some places. For example for searching proper hibernate configuration to init default value in Generate Seam Entities wizard.
This field could be useful for non wtp projects. Anyway it's minor issue and let's think about it after GA.
