Select Element command from context menu on pages.xml Editor doesn't work for pages.

EXECUTE: Create Seam web project
EXECUTE: Open pages.xml
EXECUTE: Call context menu on Graphical tab (Right click)
EXECUTE: Select  "Select Element" from context menu
EXECUTE: Select any page from the list
FAILURE:   Page isn't selected on Graphical tab.
 "Select Element" command works for exceptions from the list.
