Page Design Options dialog is titled "References to resources"

Changing the title to Page Design Options would be good, but changing the description to something like:

"Here you can configure how Visual Page Editor resolves it references to resources (files, stylesheets, images etc.) when it generates the preview"

Makes it more explicit IMO
