I propose the following descriptions:

DEFAULT: Here you can configure options of Visual Page Editor, which are used when it generates the preview

ACTUAL RUN TIME FOLDERS: Here you can configure how Visual Page Editor resolves its absolute and relative references to resources (files, CSS, images etc.) when it generates the preview

INCLUDED CSS FILES: Here you can choose CSS files which are linked by Visual Page Editor when it generates the preview

INCLUDED TAG LIBS: Here you can choose tag-libraries (TLD-files) which are used by Visual Page Editor to get appropriate template during preview generation if these libraries are not included in the page

SUBSTITUTED EL EXPRESSIONS: Here you can specify values of EL expressions. Specified EL expressions are substituted for appropriate values by Visual Page Editor when it generates the preview
