EXECUTE: Create ESB project
ASSERT:    ESB file is opened in ESB Editor on Tree tab. Value of  Parameter Reload Secs should a number.
EXECUTE: Create a new one ESB file
ASSERT:    ESB file is opened in ESB Editor on Tree tab. Value of  Parameter Reload Secs should a number.
FAILURE:   Value of  Parameter Reload Secs isn't a number. Because parameterReloadSecs atribute is missed in
