I can add a little more detail to this. When I first try to link the xml to the pojo, there is a line that I can stretch from the left to the right. However I cannot get it to stay. I try this several times, and then I get an ErrorMessage pop up : Mulitple Problems Have Occurred  ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.  Once I get this error JBDS becomes unstable (as described above). I close JBDS, but when I go to re-open, it says Workspace is in use (this happens sometimes).
