EXECUTE: Help -> Project Examples -> Seam -> DVD Store Example 
EXECUTE:  Download that example. 
EXECUTE: Open /dvdstore/WebContent/browse.xhtml
EXECUTE: Try OpenOn on any tag (f:subview , h:outputText, s:link)
FAILURE:   OpenOn doesn't redirect to Taglib Editor.
