resolved. build is running http://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/job/devstudio-nightly/1403.

what was fixed:
1. Now warning from JDT compiler were disabled with compilerArg=-warn:none in build.properties files
2. Eclipse binaries now are downloaded to jbds-build/requrements/eclipse as other requirements do
3. http://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/job/devstudio-nightly/ws/jbds-build/eclipse/plugins/ contains only sources being built
