What is this non-working Task view doing in default Java view ?

Not sure when this were introduced but it seems Drools is now adding a view called "Task view" which is not the same as the normal "Task view" in eclipse which only feature is to tell me that it can't connect to some task server at 127.0.0.1 ?!

 what is it and why it is there by *default* ?
