Support CSV input data.
Develop new wizard page to allow user set  the CSV input data configurations and select the CSV file for parsing the CSV input message file.
Smooks core can transform the CSV input message to the XML DOM  with those configurations , the smooks tools will use the Smooks CSV parser to get those XML DOM , then transform them to be the smooks tools XML model for generating selector string.
