EXECUTE: Create JSF 1.2 KickStart project
EXECUTE: Open Messages.prpoperties file in Properties Editor
EXECUTE: Expand Filter and input "hello" in Value field
ASSERT:    Hello Demo Application and Hello values should be found
FAILURE:   Hello Demo Application and Hello values aren't found. Filter shouldn't be sensible for Upper case letters.

The same for Name field.

For example: Open "Open Resource" wizard (Ctrl + Shift + R) and input some values with Upper and Lower cases. The result will be equal in both variants.
