We would need to add Maven Library Provider using the WTP Library Framework - see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=246448
Within this feature, we would add specific library providers for JSF, JPA, Portlet, Seam, ESB, WS ... facets.
