Eclipse BIRT WTP Integration SDK Feature isn't included either in the Galileo update site (http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo) or in the Birt 2.5 update site (http://download.eclipse.org/birt/update-site/2.5).
It is included in the Birt 2.3 update site.

The problem also exists in M1 (http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/).

I will ask a question about this problem in the eclipse birt newsgroup.
