m2eclipse 0.9.9  API is significantly changed. See https://docs.sonatype.org/display/M2ECLIPSE/0.9.9+breaking+changes
The m2eclipse update site http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/update-dev/ contains a new version of m2eclipse that isn't compatible with the JBoss Maven Integration.
