Well, I tried to switch the build over to use the .sdk features (eg., for Maven) but was shot down so the Maven zip is now just runtimes, no sources.

Seems that the consensus was "switch them all over at once" or "don't switch them at all"

Me, I'm all for incremental improvement, but I'll defer to the larger group if we'd prefer to switch to having source features once we move to Athena rather than incrementally as we go.
