Also to note:

JBoss 5.0.x stream is not currently a priority for us and we're focussing most of our attention on the 5.1 stream for now. I tried to test this in the 5.1 stream but got an interesting error during the unit test ;)  Apparently InitialContext().lookup(etc) returns a javax.naming.Reference now instead of hte actual object?

Is this right? I'm a bit confused by that. heh.
