I've added sdk and tests feature, and build is incorporated into uberbuild.

Also have it running locally in Eclipse w/ Athena, but it dies halfway through compilation - no idea why. (I blame my machine.)

Anyway, because we can't publish to download.jboss.org at the moment, I've set the M3 build to "archive artifacts" so after the next build is done, we should have something pervasively available in Hudson (both internal and external).

For now, you can get the unpacked plugins here (internal only):
