We don't generally increment everything just because a new release is out. 

So, I need to know from everyone which plugins have ACTUALLY changed since we released JBT 3.0.1, and I can increment those accordingly.

Better yet, if people keep their plugins' manifest.mf and features' feature.xml current, I can simply grab those values anduse them in the build.
