sounds like a bug to me, but since it is not JBDS specific i moved it to jboss tools.
I couldn't reproduce it so would be good if you could say *exactly* what version of JBDS/JBT you used plus a screenshot of where you see this since there are more than one way to start editing a runtime. Thanks
