I have seen that the only difference is in File org.eclipse.wst.common.component.

When you Update Project Configuration it creates a new line like this:

<wb-resource deploy-path="/" source-path="/dev/workspace/booking/WebContent"/>

Previously we had this line

<wb-resource deploy-path="/" source-path="/WebContent"/>

With that new line, libs are deploying correctly... How strange is this?
