Open file in VPE and see that the location bar shows the "path" to the current location (.e. ui:composition > rich:panel > ...etc)

Every time I move the cursor the location bar seem to be updated and causes "blinking".

Could we::
1) avoid updating at all when nothing changed
2) only update the part that actually changes (to avoid redrawing of the non changed parts)
