Max Rydahl Andersen commented on JBIDE-2095:
--------------------------------------------
About point 2:
I'm just doing the *default*, not clicking anything - can't we make the default not break/wrong ?
i.e. it should be trivial to detect if a fileset is including the target jar and warn/error on it.
Even if it does happen why can't I delete the file afterwards (most likely a input/outputstream that is not closed when the exception occurs)

> > 3.- .svn/ and CVS/ folders should be excluded from filesets by default.
> > > Maybe an option in preferences of Project Archives?
> I understand the reasoning but having a set of global default excludes will
> make the packaging non-deterministic.
> What I would suggest is that you could set this per archive and then set those
> as defaults for new archives which users can adapt to their needs.
> Put that in jira too.
