Problems on Mac:

* eclipse/eclipse.ini contains linux_gtk, not carbon.macosx entry for launcher.library (this may not be a problem if this file isn't used by Mac)
* eclipse/Eclipse.app/Contents/MacOS/eclipse.ini contains unexpanded Ant vars (but has correct carbon.macosx entry)
* eclipse/JBoss Developer Studio.app/Contents/MacOS/eclipse.ini contains unexpanded Ant vars (but has correct carbon.macosx entry)
