Create a bpel file  and add a flow element
Create a receive element and a reply element in the flow element
Create a link for the receive to the reply
Save the bpel file
Move the reply element to another location in the flow element
At this time, the bpel file is not shown as dirty. The change of the location can not trigger the change event of the bpel file.
