There are two markers.
First one is an error marker by WTP XML Validator.
Second one is a warning about mistmach between some XSD versons and Seam Project versions. This one is added by our Seam Validator.
Both markers are correct. The problem in seam-gen of Seam 1.2.1GA. This issue is a duplicate. I don't remember the number but we already has it somewhere in JIRA. But anyway it's a bug of seam-gen 1.2.1GA.
