Overriding web port and setting it manually doesn't work currently.

Thank you for workaround.

Now something new:

1.Open server editor
2.Change JNDI Port to 1099
3.Change WEB port to 8080
4.Save
5.Open server editor

 WEB port is 1099. Must be 8080.
