it looks like it more dangerous then it looks like.
I cleaned up several plug-ins and it takes mor time then expected because:
1. Remove unused dependencies action works weird and sometimes even org.eclipse.core resources is removed as unused
2. There are plug-ins that reexport org.eclipse.core.resources, which is not recommended
It is safer to fix it after branching for M2.
