I can't reproduce the problem.
I think it is caused by some extension or plugin that Nick added to Firefox.
Nick,
Could you remove your extensions and plugins and try to reproduce this problem?
It is important to remove the plugins. You can see them using the about:plugins URL. Your screenshot is showing only extensions.
