I can't reproduce it on Oracle 10.2... and latest version of Hibernate Tools (Jboss Tools 3.1.0.M2).
Krasimir, which is database schema? also which are your Hibernate Console Configuration settings? which version of Oracle jbdc driver you use?
what is exactly "$BIN..." in Oracle terms? is it really tables or views or some other? could you suggest how to generate this?

btw., Max, Krasimir, may be there is a sence add some filter for "Database schema" tree?
