EXECUTE: Open Web Projects View 
EXECUTE: Open New  Jsf Project wizard from Web Projects view
EXECUTE: Select JSF 1.2 environment and JSFBlankWithoutLibs template
EXECUTE: Press Next button
EXECUTE: Uncheck Target Server
EXECUTE: Press Finish button
EXECUTE: Expand Webcontent folder while building JSf 1.2 project in Web Projects view
FAILURE:   Problems occurred when invoking code from plug-in: "org.jboss.tools.common.model".
