EXECUTE: Create seam web project
EXECUTE: Open login.page.xml on Tree tab
EXECUTE: Select rule or /home.xhtml
EXECUTE: Select Select on Diagram action from Context menu
ASSERT_1:  Select on Diagram action should open pages.xml on Diagram tab with /home.xhtml selected.
ASSERT_2:  Select Select on Diagram action is unnecessary on login.page.xml.
