We found this Issue yesterday. It's not related to JBoss plugins directly(reproduced at clear eclipse+wtp). But  troubles with eclipse bugzilla registration prevented me from posting this issue to them. :(

Issue appears at first opened .xml or .xhtml file after JBDS startup. Appears only once.
