1) Choose any component on the source path and put cursor down in a line where this component begins.
2) Choose Source -> Add Block Comments or Ctrl+Shift+/ hotkey combination
EXPECTED: All component with children is commented. There are no tags in selection bar
ACTUAL: Component is commented but tags didn't disappear from selection bar. (see screenshot - 1)
3) Left mouse click on this line again -> All is fine, tags disappeared from selection bar.
4) Choose Source -> Remove Block Comment or Ctrl+Shift+\ hotkey combination
EXPECTED: Component is uncommented. Tags appeared in selection bar
ACTUAL: Components is uncommented but tags didn't appear in selection bar
5) Left mouse click on this line again -> All is fine, tags appeared

According to this test case behavior of toggle comments is some different. Tags appear and disappear from the first calling of comments from Source menu or using hotkeys.
