Copy, cut actions don't work from context menu for components on the Visual pane

1) Add, for example, <h:commandButton action="none" value="Begin" /> on the source pane
2) Go to visual pane left mouse Click on button
3) Right mouse click -> call context menu
4) Choose cut 
EXPECTED -> button disappears
ACTUAL -> Nothing happens, button only selected
The same thing with Copy action
