No. At present, in JUnit Content Tests it is assumed we have the latest versions of TLD files if other versions are not specified explicitly.
This means if a tag has two different behaviors (e.g. for versions 3.2 and 3.3), JUnit Content Test will test only the latest one.

But this is not a problem. In VPE only one tag (h:outputLink) has different behavior for different TLD versions.
