EXECUTE: Run installer.
EXECUTE: Add SOA-P server On step 5 
EXECUTE: Open  Preferences -> JBoss Tools -> Web -> Seam after installation
FAILURE:   All seam runtimes are checked.
ASSERT:    Seam 1.2 (EAP) and Seam FP (EAP) runtimes need only be checked If EAP and SOA-P were selected .
