EXECUTE: Create struts 1.2 kickstart project
EXECUTE: Open Validation.xml and struts-config.xml
EXECUTE: Call CA in Validation.xml on Source tab
EXECUTE: Switch to struts-config.xml Editor on Tree tab
EXECUTE: Select form-beans from tree and set cursor to Type field
EXECUTE: Call CA
FAILURE:   CA from Validation.xml file appeares.
EXECUTE: Close Validation.xml
