1) DND attached page in studio
2) Try to add taglib using palette

RESULT: Appears smt like this:

<%@ taglib uri="http://richfaces.org/a4j" prefix="a4j"%>
<a4j:JBoss Ajax4jsf taglib/>

Thirst time then I reproduced it, I got an exception, but now I can't. I shall try to catch it and attach later.
