Here is nothing to test now, because we've excluded the CA invocation for ELs if there is no EL starting character combination before the cursor position. 

We agreed to restore this functionality later (with some changes on the sorting and filtering algorithms), but now this issue is not actual. 

Current testcase is:

ASSERT: There is no Seam EL in proposal list of CA <This is not a FAILURE for now>
