Thanks for the contribution!  I had a look at the spreadsheets you included.  Could you please explain/confirm some of the column headings?

SymbolicName:
- seems to be plugin ID

URI:
- eg babel://org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.feature/feature.properties 
- obviously a resource path, but just out of interest, how does Babel fit into it?  Are you using a Babel translation server?  Or is this just "left over" from blancoNLpackGenerator's usage for generating Eclipse language packs?

Action:   
- apparently used to leave out non-translatable .properties files.  I have to go through the JBoss Tools source code and mark out such files.  This should save me some time, thank you!  Would you say there are many more non-translatable strings which you haven't identified, or have you been through everything?  Have you been going through the ResultDetails spreadsheet plugin by plugin, looking for non-translatable text?

- would you please explain these last four columns for me?

It sounds like some properties files have had a subset of their strings omitted.  Have these individual strings been marked out manually, or did auto-translation fail for some reason?  Were you marking files/strings as "omit" in a spreadsheet, or in XLIFF, or what?

What I'm getting at is this: of the strings which are included, how clean are the translations?  (a) How much review do they need, and (b) How much rubbish is in there, eg strings which aren't meant to be translated?  It's okay if the translations are incomplete, but importing incorrect translations could be counter-productive.  How many incorrect translations would you say are included?

Also, I will need to know the exact version of the English properties files which were used as a translation source.  3.0.0.GA-R200903040656-H10 looks like a JBoss Tools build number: http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/release/3.0.0.GA/200903040656/.  

Max, is there some way I can get the exact SVN rev number for that build?
