For my opinion I would like to see columns in next turn:

First: Tag Name
Second: Tag for display
Third: URI
4-th: Children

I think that in the first place user want to find his custom tag from amount of all tags. Then visual representation. URI and Children - in the last place. but this is mine opinion :)
