I can create this quickfix using the following condition:
SeamProjectPropertyValidator.INVALID_RUNTIME.equals(marker.getAttribute("messageId",""))
It would be good if we could change SeamProjectPropertyValidator.INVALID_RUNTIME from "INVALID_RUNTIME" to "INVALID_SEAM_RUNTIME".
