Alexey, you look at a particular case. Wizard 'Import tags from TLD File' has a field editor 'TLD File' where 'Browse...' button calls 'Edit TLD' dialog. 
Yura means more general case. Open 'Palette Editor', in tree select a macro, invoke by context menu command 'Edit' - Edit Palette Macro dialog appears with 'Browse...' buttons at editor fields 'Description', 'Icon', 'Start text', 'End text'.

And there is still more general case. Any model object can have command 'Edit' in context menu, and it is used when it is thought convenient. Field editor text+button is a wrapper over an original editor field and name of its button 'Browse' and name of called dialog 'Edit+%attribute name%' are generated. It will require a new feature to customize this for particular cases, and of course we will need to find and revise all cases to customize them (or leave as they are).
