VPE doesn't recognize resouce bundles values in seam projects

EXECUTE: Create Seam web project
EXECUTE: Open any xhtml page
EXECUTE: Add #{messages['javax.faces.component.UIInput.CONVERSION']}
ASSERT:   VPE should recognize RB and Value should be represented.
FAILURE:  VPE doesn't recognize resouce bundles values 

VPE works right if add to faces-config.xml:
<resource-bundle>
<base-name>messages_en</base-name>
<var>messages</var>
</resource-bundle>

VPE doesn't work also if you add to components.xml:
   <core:resource-loader name="messages_en">
   <core:bundle-names>
    <value>messages</value>
   </core:bundle-names>
</core:resource-loader>
