EXECUTE: Create New Drools 5 runtime
EXECUTE: Create New Drools project with Drools 5 runtime
EXECUTE: Go to Preferences -> Drools->Installed Drools runtimes and remove Drools 5 runtime 
ASSERT:     Modal window should ask to restart JBT
EXECUTE: Restart JBT
FAILURE:   java.lang.NullPointerException is occured after restarting JBT.
